Our most impactful program is that most of our packaging products are made of 100% post-consumer recycled material. All thanks to our latest technology of INFRARED MATERIAL DRYING SYSTEM leaving almost ZERO carbon footprint behind.

By the latest drying technology, the material is 100% free from contamination and totally suitable to be used for making products which are in direct contact with Food.

STARPACK produces environmental friendly products with low carbon discharge. We manufacture a 3-Layer PET, wherein, in the middle there is a layer in post-consumer waste. It is the pet flakes layer. This 3-Layer PET is manufactured by using 90% re-cycled content. It is a sandwich between two contact layers. These two contact layers are made of 100% Virgin Plastic. High Impact Polystyrene & Polypropylene is generally replace by PET which has a recycling value chain. HIPS & PP do not have recycling value chain, and a traceable collection.

Our manufacturing facility is spread across an area of more than 35,000 sq. ft. equipped with the latest European technology of Sheet extrusion line, and India’s first and most advanced Japanese Thermoforming line (ONLY ONE IN INDIA). Being capable to manufacture high end and premium quality sheets and thermoformed products & our company being certified by BRC and SEDEX, we ensure our buyers with highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in our manufacturing facility which helps to maintain the quality of our products.

As one of the leaders in thermoforming and extrusion, we adhere to the highest safety, quality and sustainability standards set forth by the food, retail and medical markets throughout our facilities. If our customers have a specific requirement, we do review those specifications as well to ensure we meet all quality and safety guidelines.

We do support a variety of international quality standards and guidelines that include:
BRC Certification / Sedex Accredited / Good Manufacturing Practices / Product Traceability, etc.

We also have our in-house testing lab where our products go under various testing parameters such as Tensile / Dart Impact / COF / Gloss / Opacity / Colour Test / Intrinsic Viscosity, etc.
