OUR ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY PRODUCTS
STAR PACK produces environmental friendly products with low carbon discharge. We manufacture a 3-Layer PET, wherein, in the middle there is a layer in post-consumer waste. It is the pet flakes layer.
This 3-Layer PET is manufactured by using 90% re-cycled content. It is a sandwich between two contact layers.
These two contact layers are made of 100% Virgin Plastic. High Impact Polystyrene & Polypropylene is generally replace by PET which has a recycling value chain. HIPS & PP do not have recycling value chain, and a traceable collection.

TYPES OF PET SHEETS
- APET Sheets (Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate)
These are specially used by Pharma industries for packing medicines or the food industry where hygiene is at its top priority. Due to its outstanding transparency, gloss and static resistance characteristics, it can also be printed by UV offset printing or screen-printing machines and used for exquisite display packaging.
- RPET Sheets (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate)
RPET sheets are also similar looking just like APET, but a little less glossy and transparent.it is mainly used by industries like cosmetics, toys, electronics, etc. where the packaging products has no direct contact with any of the food products.
- GPET Sheets (Glycol Polyethylene Terephthalate)
This is a three-layer composite sheet, the middle layer is of APET, and the upper and lower layers is of GPET and the polymer is co-extruded in an appropriate proportion. It has very high transparency, good impact strength and rigidity as a result it is resistant to cracks and creases. It has very good printable quality and as a result it can be used for packaging products where the display is of the top priority. Glycol based sheets has an explicit sealing property and so is being used in various industries like vacuum forming, blisters, folding box, food packing, garment packaging, etc.
- Layer PET Sheet
These kind of sheets are a combination of a 3 different layer sheet where the middle layer is made of a Recycled PET and the top and bottom layers are made of APET or also known as Virgin PET which makes it safe to be used of industries like Pharma, Food, etc. as the APET material is FDA approved.
Usually these types of sheets are used as it makes it a little economical as compared to APET or PETG sheets. These type of sheets is also used in almost all the types of industries.
- Anti-Static / ESD PET Sheets
The antistatic sheets are made by advanced high-precision surface coating technology. The special antistatic coating liquid is uniformly coated on one or both sides of the sheet which is formed by thermal curing and has a good and stable surface antistatic effect. It is used for Glass panels, LCD screens, packaging of electronic products, protection of optical film, etc.
